Hi, I’m Alena – U.S. Notary, Entrepreneur & Partner, Licensed Florida Realtor, and Author.

I began investing in U.S. real estate in my mid-30s, starting with one house in Florida and quickly realizing that — even as a non-U.S. citizen—I could qualify for American mortgages. One property led to the next, and before long I had built a solid portfolio.

As my experience grew, family and friends kept asking how I did it and how they could do the same. That inspired me to write and publish my first guide in German, “Make Your Money Great Again.”

Because so many readers from around the world showed interest, I released an English edition as well—followed by the audiobook in 2025.

This guide is designed for anyone curious about the U.S. real estate market. It shows, step by step, what it really takes to build an American property portfolio—and create long-term wealth.
